6. How Long I Keep Your Information
I keep job records for up to 6 years from the end of the tax year in which the job took place, as required for tax and accounting purposes. After that, they are securely deleted.

I do not sell, trade, or share your information with anyone. The only exceptions are:

  • If required by law (e.g., HMRC)

  • If a manufacturer or supplier needs details for a warranty claim

  • My service providers (Google), who process data on my behalf to run my business
